The first thing we wanted to focus was analysing the film and plotting the trust graph
Soon I made a grid of key frames from the film. And we all sat together to work on the analysis.

It was so difficult. At one point we didn’t know what we were doing or what “data” are we trying to look at.
One thing we knew was to plot the trust factor, so we made a scale on the picture frame and started plotting lines. As we were doing it, we identified few comfort and discomfort points. We started marking them and labelling them. As we progressed we were able to identify patterns and draw conclusions from them.
Okay so, the patterns have been identified. But how are we gonna convert them into “Design”? 🙄
We were having disagreements and also were so saturated that we needed a break to start on a fresh day I guess.
Then Varsha helped us sort these ‘data’ we collected into common topics which we later realised was a qualitative thematic analysis. This helped us compare points from both the buyer and the seller to realise the common problems faced by both the parties.
Then we synthesised that we will be addressing the following trust points through our design:
